Total Voting Rights
Zenith Energy’s issued share capital currently comprises of 493,224,462 common shares of no par value (“Common Shares”) with one voting right per Common Share. No Common Shares are held in treasury.
This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules and/or section 3.10 and 3.11.5 (3) of the Euronext Growth Oslo Rule Book Part II.
