The Misano Adriatico concession is located in the province of Rimini on the border between the regions of Emilia Romagna and Le Marche in central Italy.
Two wells were drilled within the contract area: Misano 1, now closed, and Misano 2, that has been producing natural gas since 2004. Production is delivered at low pressure to the local grid.
Zenith acquired a 100% working interest in the Misano concession in 2013.
The Misano 2 well produces methane gas (99.3%), without the production of water.
